· I provide individual care based on your desires.

· I provide two prenatal visits in the weeks prior to your due date.

· I am on call for you two weeks before the due date and two weeks after the birth of your child.

· I provide 24 hour telephone assistance during the on call period.

· I will come to your home to provide support during your labour.

· I will go with you to the hospital for continuous support during labour.

· I will stay with you up to 2 hours after the birth of your baby.

· I provide one postpartum visit in the weeks after the birth.

· I also provide Belly Casting Services at an additional fee.
