· A Doula shares information about the birth process, empowering you to make decisions about the birth of your child.
· A Doula provides non-medical support including massage, position changes, reassurance, and a constant presence throughout the labour and birth.
- A Doula does not:

· A Doula does not perform physical exams or other medical tasks.
· A Doula does not make decisions for the birthing couple.
